I had a big problem with MB also… I needed to provide them documents from the bank but bank didn’t wanted to give me anything…
Last thing i did i went to the bank and take some screenshot of bank program…................

I’ve had only one problem with moneybookers:
7 Months ago, I’ve requested withdraw on my Visa… I’ve didn’t received these money yet About 10-15 complaints I sent. I’ve talked to bank. MB says that they’ve sent the money, but my bank says that they didn’t recieved anything….No result.
I’m start thinking about to sue them…
