I think you can put the download link of the mini version in the item’s description. It seems it’s not allowed to put the free download link in the forum.

Please feel free to upload your “mini” version here. In the message to reviewer box, try to ask for a small price (eg: $1 or $2). After the mini version is approved, try uploading your “pro” version, and ask for it to be priced a little higher.
Unfortunately you are not allowed to advertise freebies on the marketplace items or profile pages.
