Looking to Have a "Commercial" developed

I’m looking to have a “commercial” developed for a project that I’m working on. This could definitely be built from a template and I’d need to have videos, photos and voice-over incorporated.

if you could elaborate more what exactly is the project and what videos, photos you wanted?

overview: EPG solutions (http://www.epgsolutions.com) is launching a new asset monitoring solution called izon. This service will enable people to remotely monitor assets, via the nPhase (http://www.nphase.com) secure wireless platform. The assets being monitored can be virtually anything, but initially we are targeting boats/yachts, high end cars, horses and airplanes. Once the system is set-up for an individual or entity, they will have the ability to remotely monitor the state of that asset, including ambient temperature, access to the asset, access to the garage/hanger/marina, barn, etc. The events and conditions to be monitored are virtually limitless; constrained only by the availability of sensors to monitor events and conditions.

Izon will give people the ability to set-up alerts, so that they can be immediately notified of a change in the state of their asset (ie. Temperature drop/rise, door opened, asset moved, etc). these alerts can be delivered via SMS (text message) to any mobile device or via email. Users will also have access to these alerts and the history of all status changes and alerts via a web/mobile web portal.

objective: The presentation to be developed should be very high-energy and focused more on the sexiness of the assets than the monitoring solution itself. That being said, the presentation must make it clear that izon is a monitoring solution and that it gives people the ability to see what’s going on, in real time, with their asset(s).

The presentation must be entertaining and informative, but very engaging throughout.

concept: The presentation will include images and videos of high-end cars (Ferraris, Lamborghinis, maseratis, porsches, etc.), private planes, yachts and horses (race and show). It should also include screen shots of the monitoring portal (http://www.aedportal.com) and images/videos depicting the fact that the information is available on all wireless devices (ie. iPad, iPhone, tablets, Android, Blackberry, smartphones) and PCs. It should also make it clear that alerts are real-time and can be delivered by SMS or email.

look & feel: the presentation should contain orange, black and grey, as those are the standard colors for EPG solutions and izon.

The presentation should include high-energy music in the background, that is choreographed to the presentation. Other sound effects could include engines revving, airplanes taking off, yacht horn, horse race, etc.

logistics: You will be expected to provide all images, videos and music for the presentation. Screen shots can be captured at http://www.aedportal.com. We will be adding a voice-over to this presentation and will provide the audio file for this, but you will need to incorporate this into the presentation seamlessly.

We would like to have the first draft of this presentation, with images and videos delivered to us no later than 6/8/12. We will provide comments/feedback by 6/11/12 and the final presentation is to be delivered by 6/15/12. Once we have the final version, we will have the voice-over completed and will expect that to be incorporated into the presentation within 5 business days from when we deliver the file to you.
