I seem to be having the same issue. After logging into PayPal, pressing Continue, the error below happens. A work around would be nice or I’ll be forced to go to another website to purchase a template. I must start working on this project today. I tried refreshing cache, deleting cookies, tried multiple browsers, and PayPal accounts. I’m located in Colorado, U.S.

Allow me to send $42 to your PayPal account and manually send me a receipt.

“This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information.

I made a deposit using my iPhone and that worked finally, downloaded the theme and now ready to use. Maybe that’ll work for someone else as well!

I have just used my android phone, this has worked also. So as a work around try using your cell.

Great stuff people…works on my iphone…just use safari or any other browser…apparantly the mobile paypal portal is working

Hey guys. Quick update.

Still looking into it. We’ve sent data from our logs through to PayPal to help them work through the issue at their end, but not much to report unfortunately.

Linda79 – very interesting about working on iPhone! I’ll pass that on to PayPal. Could be helpful in their investigation.

I am trying to contact support to get a refund on a plug-in I bought that was completely broken and rendered useless. However, Envato’s support page is also down with the recapture not working and not sending my inquiry. Either someone get back to to me or I will have to call fraud on this purchase I made with my bank.
