Intro, Outro and Youtube template needed

Hi

So I’m basically relaunching my youtube channel, the quality is not up to the standard i want. Ive bought a new Canon 600d and proper lighting. Ive decided i would like

- 5-7 second intro (1st slide with my username and the second room for a small description of the video. - A 10 -15 second outro (room to show 2 small video clips which i can change as need, and also my twitter name and a subscribe button, which i will later link) - I would also like a profile template which ties in with the general theme of the intro and outro.

I basically have no idea how to use final effects or photoshop other than a few simple effects. I would like the general theme to be modern but also organic and clean if that makes sense. Similar to this http://videohive.net/item/promote-your-product-or-service-with-kinetic-typo/2345139
