idea: PDF "Special Report" templates

I don’t know if this would be successful, but one idea for templates is graphics that would go in a pdf special report… that’s one thing I’m looking to create, is downloadable PDF “Special reports” on different topics; maybe a fill in the blank PDF template with good cover graphics, business look—anyone know if there’s anything like that yet? haven’t found it..

i got the idea because many internet marketers use “FREE pdf special reports” as giveaways; if there were templates for those it might sell?

or, maybe the right answer is, Microsoft Word “Special Report” templates, that are saved as pdf format..
