Help

I am one of your new members and I have really enjoy your work. I just purchased the effects for logos called Particle Reveal and it requires Adobe After Effects CS4 , CS5. I have Adobe After Effects CS5 , Windows 7, Computer I7, and my computer is setup with 64 Bits. After receiving the effects I went to open Reveal on my CS5 and instead of accessing the effects, I got a pop-up that said “After Effects: This project must be converted from 9.0 (Macintosh Intel) and will open as Untitled Projects. The original file will be unchanged.” I hit “OK” and then a second pop-up appeared that said “This project contains 3 references to missing effects. Please install the following effects to restore the references. (“Form”)” Then I hit “OK again and the last pop-up appeared that said “The following layer dependencies are missing: Text Layer: Font Family: ‘Helvica’, Font Style: “Regular ” I hit “OK” but the effect still doesn’t work so I am wondering what to do to make it work. I have followed what the sample video shows to do, but have been unsuccessful becuase the effects haven’t worked right from the beginning. I would like to buy more of your products, but I dont want to waste my money on something that doesn’t work. Any help will be appreciated.

Have you installed Trapcode Form?

the best thing is contact the author. Apart from that i guess you need trapcode form plug-in if you wants to check everything is fine with the file just go to trapcode.com and download the demo version. all though you will get the watermark on the output but still you can check that everything is fine with the file. I am 100% sure everything is fine with the file if there has been any problem with the file it would’t have been approved

I got it to work. It was a Trapcode Form. I did not have it, but thank you for all your help.
