Help, I have too much work!

Here’s my situation: I have too much work to handle. I’m fine to take on the big stuff because it’s fun and I get to learn. What I don’t have time and energy for are are the small freelance jobs and file customizations. I used to never turn down work so every time I do, it feels like I’m throwing away money.

What I really need is someone who takes on all those little jobs for me. I need someone reliable because I don’t want to go through the hassle of finding a new person for every project. I’d want to figure out basic payment so I don’t have to negotiate each time. I’ll pay on time and as regularly as I can give you work. By the way, most of my files are as2, but everything from now on will be as3 so you’d need to know both. Let me know if anyone’s interested.

Had the same problem a while ago, just too much stuff. And then some old stuff came back with “I need this as well”. Yea, that just doesnt work.. So what I plan to do is finish everything I have, and dont accept any new stuff, to be able to work normally instead of rushing. Youll have better quality products when you do so Good luck on finding someone though, Im sure there are some people around here that are willing to work together

Btw i love your files, and since starting up i have had 4 requests on how to use my file even though there is a 5 page pdf on how to use it o_o

I have 3 years in as2 and 2 years(or however long as3 has been out for) of as3. 1 year of PHP , and i know xml.
