Hey bumrung, I have checked the file and indeed it does not work when uploaded on a (online/local) server. The problem is indeed in a file named lic.php which is missing from the package (probably he forgot to add it in an update).
If user nitrox does not answer you, please report this to support, so they will solve the issue as soon as possible.
