Hard Reject for "Technical Quality" but I do not understand :(

I hope this post will help me to see things more clearly
I received a hard rejection, this is the reason given by the reviewer:
“Thank you for taking the time to submit your item. Unfortunately this item Does not meet our current technical Requirements and quality can not be accepted at this time.
Your reviewer was [reviewers name removed – ft].
Thank you “
I need your opinion, because I do not understand.
What is not good in terms of “technical quality”?
I am ready to improve this template, and I really hope that one day it will be acceptable for sale on VideoHive. But I need to know, understand what is wrong in terms of “technical quality”. I sent a message to support, and I would like your opinion to improve myself and do a better job, because now I do not understand the rejection and it is very painful for me

Template looks great to me, just try to remove that grunge background (replace it with something clean) and “double check” is everything ok.

The grunge background is an aesthetic choice. I also think a clean background might be nicer. But that can’t be the grounds for its rejection.

This template is more unusual, more interesting, nicer to look at and better animated than a whole lot of stuff that is accepted here. I also don’t see any technical failings. Is there anything in the project itself that could be a technical failing? Is the project original?

If you can promise that this project is original work, I’ll fight for this project, because it’s a solid piece of work and if something like this is being rejected out of hand with only the vaguest suggestionn of why, then something’s wrong.

The top selling project on Videohive was initially hard rejected too.

Maybe the project is not organized well inside with clean Text placeholders and been easy for the buyer. The aesthetic is a personal matter doesn’t care the videohive reviewer so much I think. Anyway go ahead with a new one.

Thank you designmilk for this another idea! I made a step by step video tutorial, I’ll see if I can further improve the facility for the buyer.

maybe soft rejaction because of background but hard rejection is really does not make sense to me
