Yeah it’s a best idea for searching. I like this idea.

You find a great pic somewhere with poor resolution -> you drag the low res pic into google -> you have it high res

They’ve had it for a while but I genuinely had to use it a couple days ago to see where an impersonator on Facebook got their profile picture from—worked perfectly. 
A couple years ago, I was hoping something like this would happen eventually and of course, Google made it happen.
