Alright, well I will wait til I reach 400 fans But I am tempted to try it!

I did notice you dont always hit the estimated reach. The $10 test I did estimated between 5-7K and it only got 3,500 but it did drive traffic.

I just wish Envato would give us some damn conversion stats.

This is the killer!

It’s all well and good recognising that you get more ‘clicks’ promoting to a larger and less targeted audience, but the objective is conversions, not merely clickthroughs.

This is why I don’t currently use any paid promotion for my Envato items, it’s impossible to track unless you set up a new account to monitor the referrals, but even that would only be an indicator.

I’ll have to check around and see how difficult it would be to grab some conversion numbers or if we have anything in place to track it.

That would be awesome, Google Analytics is built for this kind of thing. There’s got to be some way we can get these features included in the current analytics system. Or even allow us to fire a tracking pixel.
