I try to convert and upload .flv file many time but it doesn’t work. I don’t know what wrong with it.

So, first of all you need to upload H264 (mov) format of your stock footage, and separately from it, upload another (lower resolution file) FLV preview file. Beside these files, you should upload 80×80 and 590×300 picture, too.
There’s everything clear written and after reading, you should be able to know what to do!
