Don't you guys work weekends? very few new templates are ever posted

I wish you all would post new templates on Saturday/Sunday… usually there’s a gap from Friday to Monday… any chance you could spread out the queue so that new templates are posted weekends?

Hey Ken, you are right about it, there is a gap each week. Positing projects on weekends will result in smaller exposure for those files, do you think?

I’m not entirely sure if it’s always been like this but I think reviewers take Saturday/Sunday off.

It makes sense though, reviewers are people too

Anyway, I think it is very good for us authors, since it makes the queue somewhat predictable. Since you always want your new project to be released on monday/tuesday (that’s when the sales are highest and also there’s a bigger chance to get into the popular files of the week) you just have to upload during the downtime and you know approximately when it would be released.

hi – not sure about sales cycles, as I work from home I’m on vh daily, maybe it’s different for people who only work 5 days a week (I’ve worked 7 days/ week for 15 years.. except for rare holidays)...

I work pretty much 7 days a week – not all day every day, of course, I take afternoons off etc) – and I think it would be effective to have min. x number of new ‘products’ on the ‘shelves’ every day of the seven day week.

right – and me too, I work all mornings, usually take some time off every afternoon… agree it would be good to have at least 1-2 projects daily posted, vs a lot all at once, or none on weekends… best to keep buyers traffic coming here all the time
