DMCA question

Hello everyone, someone can tell me why there are no contribution items that help to protect the copyright of published material on the marketplace?

I noticed that in some cases, the pirated copies of my products are already available after the first purchase … This throws a few suspicion on the first buyer

However, I am developing a system in php / xml / jquery that works like this:

1. Acquires object data published by the RSS feed you all have.

2. Query via API filestube.com and returns all occurrences of a given item

3. Isolate the link of the product illegally distributed

4. Make a match with a small database to find the right email (by domain) to send the DMCA

5. Allows you to send the DCMA with a simple click (all fields required are precompiled automatically)

I wanted to know if such an object could be sold on the marketplace, or is it something that you can not do, and that’s why I do not find similar products for sale?

There already is a great free tool available form another author that does these kind of things. i Don’t know by head which one it is. But you can find it on there forums

Hello, I’ve also seen it, but it does nothing automatically, because you have to look for link by yourself on google (for each one of your items) and then you have to find by yourself the right email to send DCMA …

Plus is an exe, so in my opinion an online script it’s better …

Sounds like a really excellent idea.

Since the Envato network is a creative site, I’d recommend that you make it universal… as a web based app or java etc. I think there are enough Mac users around these parts to make that worthwhile.
