There are way better on/off switchers than that that I’ve seen. They will probably work on IE because they use JavaScript.

Works in my ie. Not sure on version.
Its pure css, no js no images. I think its cool and not seen switcher done in pure css before

That can’t be accurate… I know they don’t look like that on iOS and I can’t imagine that’s what Android switches look like.
