On Videohive, the extended is basically for broadcast or distribution on DVD etc. For websites you’re okay with the standard licence.
The extended licence is not a multiple licence though… this has sometimes been a source of confusion. Whichever licence you buy, you need to buy a new licence every time you use the project.
Example: If you want to customize the same project for four different clients, one of whom intends to broadcast the result on TV while the other three will use it on their website, you need to buy four separate licences… 3 x standard licence and 1 x extended licence.

After purchasing a file, you can go to your account / downloads section and find a “Licence Certificate” link that confirms your purchase and type of license (If that’s what you asked)
