click part of image. Add text?

Hello everyone, I’m looking for a way to click on any part of an image then add text to it with dragging capabilities (text position)

I would eventually add styles to the text also…. but that’s a later project.

I don’t know where to begin to look. I’ve been searching for ways in HTML5 and Jquery.

Is there examples on this market?

Do you want the text to be actual text or just an image?
