Cartoon style intro

I am after a custom cartoon for our scout troop. It will need to be about 30 seconds long and contain cartoon style children wearing the UK beaver, cub and scout uniform (examples can be supplied in photos)

I like the sound of a quick journey through some of the activities that we do so maybe start with a cartoon version of our Scout hall then a journy along a road in a minibus full of scouts passing groups of scouts either side of the road doing different activities:

Camping Football Fire Lighting Cycling

It would need to finish with the name of our scout group and the event name so maybe this could be on the side of the mini bus and at the end we get a side view of the bus so we see the name.

Anyway this may be well out my price range but want to see what people can offer.

you want an animation and that customizable it wud b hard so high in price for the job, better hire an animator.
