Hi! I’m kinda new and was hoping someone could help with a little problem I’m having. I’ve been trying to update the preview files for my first item and each time I try I get a “Whoops, Something Broke!” page. Does anyone know why this is happening? Or is it something that usually happens?

You need to upload the new preview file and in the “note to reviewer box” mention that you have updated the preview image and hit the save for review button.

Hey! yes, I did all that like you said but end up with the same message each time. From your reply I’m guessing I might be the only one with this problem? I’m trying to see if there’s something I might be doing wrong.

It is a bug… I do get that sometimes but go to your dashboard, the file will be there for processing. Neglect the page error.
