One more… Filter by item could be more helpful. Because for the authors, it is always easier to answer all the comments of one item and then to move next.

Isn’t filtering by item just the same as looking at the comments for that item? What makes it easier to do so from the dashboard? Just curious so I don’t code it and then find out I missed the key factor .
