Bad Withdrawal

Hey i have requested, as every mount, videohive to withdraw all my money at 26 january but like always clicked the option to withdrawl all earnings that i receive until the last day of the month… but it is day 2 of february i my acount still has the same amount of money and is not at zero witch meand the withdrawal things didin’t happen… who or where should i email to to ask what happen because i really woul like to solve rthis issue and have the money…

This will sound silly, “is your with-drawable balance is more than $50”? Also, contact support staff.

did you have less than 50$ at the end of the month? what payment method did you chose?
