Hi- First off let me start by saying I am new to AE :)

I have sequences of time lapse images which I can of course import to Quicktime and export accordingly but…. I have seen on the forums here that AE is definitely the way to go.

My question is this- What export setting are best to use for exporting say 720 jpeg images at 1280×720 or even 1920×1080? Is there a trick or best practice anyone uses?

Thanks!

If there is no need to downscale footage Always export it in native resolution in order to keep quality.
