AE Project needed

I am looking for an AE project that could possibly be useful to others as well.

I want to have the ability to make a title screen that has “electrified” text as well as have that text “jitter”.

Basically it is for a high energy video segment.

I’d like to be able to:

Select and change the text Use different text fonts Possibly change the color of the background/electric elements

I will try to locate examples here to show the types of effects I’d like to do.
