Hey all you wonderful themeforest authors/readers, I’m requesting some help. I have this page (see image below) of some description about benefits of becoming a landlord on this site I’m working on. I need some inspiration from some of you to help me spice up this page even if its just a little. It’s looking to bland

Short of allowing someone to design the page itself, I don’t think you’ll receive much help here. Any tips provided would pretty much just be explaining in words how to design it.

yea I understand but it’s not designing it. I just want opinions. Its just as if someone posted a rejection file and asked the community how they can improve it. And they do receive help.

Well little icons always help a bit in a plain design 
So in the list for “service is free and includes” add a little tick icon for every list item instead of the bullet points.
In the right box instead of “Telephone” and “Mail” texts add little icons.
And add a call to action button bellow the right box.
