3DOcean model on Kotaku!

It’s really fantastic that 3DOcean is starting to get some momentum! Today I was looking through the traffic records and discovered we’ve been getting a whole bunch of traffic (like 7,000 visitors in the last couple days) from the massive gaming blog Kotaku!

No worries, here at HQ we actually pay a lot of attention to 3DOcean! Despite being the littlest marketplace, I think it has huge potential, and I know Matt is going to make sure it reaches that potential come hell or high water!

I’ll look out for more interesting stuff and be sure to post it back!

I think once we have an extensive library of files on 3D Ocean it will take off hopefully becoming more popular then our competitors! I’ve got loads of ideas for models it’s just getting them done!

That’s very true. I’ve always found that things on the internet take time to get momentum, some more so than others but eventually they do. That was certainly the case with AudioJungle which took a long time to get going but now is starting to be a force to be reckoned with!

I just realized we are now past 1500 items on 3DO! woohoo!!!

Oh this is brilliant! Why do these things always happen when I am traveling or something! Time to find out how much an ad space is there!

Yes we passed 1500 a few days back. We have a lot to catch up on still but considering that some of our competitors have a 10 year head start on us it is going pretty well I think!
