2d Logo to be Converted to 3d with Logo Introducer Video roughly 10 seconds long

I am new to all of this.

Was requiring someone to convert a 2d logo for a singing competition called nasheed factor, to a 3d version.

The 3d version is to be used for a logo introduction video roughly 10 seconds long, just to put at the start of video blogs and promotional videos for the singing competition.

Just like all the envato ones where it shows the logo and it has a special effect from it.
