I am editing a :30 PSA of talking heads. Need to create visual of 100s of talking heads that are contained within a logo. The logo is revealed in 3D space as video talent speaks (:05 Transition). @bjorr. I think you can read Efekt’s comment as sarcasm. 
You may get some takers at that price and of course there are freelancers at all levels, but it’s somewhat low for what you’re asking.
