There are some new changes in filling card account (e.g. “Up to 4 letters”, “Up to 8 letters” – changed the allowed amount of letters and characters in filling requisites). You should just select: ”... or enter SWIFT details for another account” and enter your account details once more. That will help.

Hi. I have a problem with the withdrawal on the site by means of SWIFT . I usually trasfer money through SWIFT , so the details are correct, but today it shows such error: “There were errors in your request. Please correct them and resubmit”. All requisites are correct. What’s the problem?

Hi. I need help.

I have decided to create this theme as I hope to get help. I have made template in Cinema 4D R13 :

When I began to load to the site I faced a problem that there is no version R13 in Category & Attributes. There was only R 12 version, so I had to choose it as the maximum version on the site. But then I got a rejection as it can not be opened in Cinema 4D R12 . On the download page in the description of the file, I noted an important comment that it works only in R13 version.

In the end I was asked to wait until R13 version appears on the site but when it will be remains a question. So my project is still waiting for approval. I think that as software develops rapidly, it is necessary to to monitor these nuances in order to avoid such situations.

I was most upset because I did it for Envato’s Most Wanted – Cinema 4D Templates

The answer to the question “Why can not I adapt it to R12 version” is simple – it needs to be done over again.
