Already 2-3 years i render the quicktime from AE in HQ and then i convert it to flv with Xilisoft Converter.The rendertime is always below a minute and the quality is not bad,the size too.This is always what i use.

Before 3 years the things was different.I remember that new files was staying on the front page at least 4 days,somethimes 5 or 6 or 7..!But now the authors are much more and this is the reason.The front page exposure is very important.Maybe if Envato make the pages with 60 items,that will double the front page but i really don’t know if that will help somehow.Other marketplaces have a 30 items per page,60 items per page,100 items per page option.Maybe this can be done here too cuz i really think that 30 items per page are small number.

Try to message envato_support on twitter? They usually look into things quickly if you tweet about it and say it has high prio.

Thanks Mass,i sent already ticket to the support but i dont use twitter so if somebody who also have this issue and use twitter can do it if he want,it will be something.

Strange – same here, no e-mail yet. For me the bank fee is $15 on top of the Envato fee. What is even more annoying is that it takes 3 days after the e-mail usually to actually clear to my account.

I loved Payoneer, but it can’t handle the amount of money I need to transfer! Good problem I guess

There are withdraw limits, so I can only take I think $3,000 a day if using Payoneer – which is annoying if you need it into another account.

One time I even got investigated because a lot of money was coming internationally, they thought I was operating some drug ring or something haha.

So its not just me,everybody didn’t recieve emails today but the thing is that,nobody from the staff is giving info about that issue.I hope it will be soon!

They take max. $10, middle bank takes the rest, but it seems we cannot avoid middle bank.

Last month for me it cut $60 (and $35 from envato), resulting of $95 total fee. Envato support doesn’t know where the $60 goes. Neither do my bank. No one knows

Same thing here about the fees,35 from envato cuz of their bank i guess and another 40$ or 50$ that i dont know where threy goes,probably my bank i dont know.Usualy in my country we got the email from Envato that the transaction is done around 7-8 hours before now,and this is every month from years.Thants why im asking if there is something wrong with the SWIFT transfers.Can anyone from the staff tell us why is the delay?

Funny thing is that this is the first month that I’ve got my funds earlier. Almost 2 nights ago via payoneer :/
