I was just hoping to use headings so they would be larger and more defined compared to words that I use strong on. Right now the only way I have is to type uppercase and make strong to appear different than a strong word inside a paragraph of text.

Nothing special just basic good formatting was what I was hoping for.

I notice that I cannot use any headings in the support area description even though the link for ‘You may use limited HTML/Textile formatting here (a, b, p, strong, em, i, br, ul, ol, li).’ says we can use h3 and h4….

As others have said the bargain basement would be far better the ONLY issues were the name was a marketing nightmare ( it implied that the items were sub-par and cheap and nasty) and the fact that it was never really promoted.

Put the power in to your authors hands and offer an outlet to discount older items.

Landing pages are not a niche category – I’ve got the sales to prove it.

This mentality of ‘discount is the only form of promotion’ is ridiculous and Envato you have completely shot yourself in the foot with your explanations of bundles and mini-bundles. Your ‘excuse’ has always been it brings in new traffic which converts to new buyers (even tho nobody agrees with this statement) but now you are not even advertising the mini bundles off-site so please tell me… how are you gaining new buyers from a blog no one reads apart from the odd few people already involved in the eco system.

Discounting is a lazy mans way of not understanding marketing – period, ask any experienced marketer.

I also question, as I don’t see it anywhere else, that this was done without anyones knowledge, the article posted in the middle of the night (for the vast majority of users) and I just now saw it popup on the forums thanks to all the other authors complaining.

Envato sure know how to get authors motivated to look at other means of getting income from their files rather than being dedicated to Envatos eco system.

What’s next, subscription for 1 price to all files.

Unbelievable.

1 x regular license = 1 install on one domain – as you are only having one domain with ads in the content that is nothing to do with the license of the theme itself.

Seems to be an issue with your ‘Fun Facts’ – I’m not a member of ActiveDen and rather than it say 19th on ThemeForest it’s showing me as an activeden member

There are many products now available exclusively on the Envato marketplaces that have been given away and sold elsewhere previously – they are just not given away or for sale while now being exclusive on an Envato marketplace – therefore this cannot be an issue or they would have to remove a lot of products from all the marketplaces

I would of been all for this if there was an option for single apps or the full collection – something like:

Full collection $50 p/month

Single Apps $15 p/month

But that would mean Adobe have to offer choices… yeah.
