When you the support requests:
I’ve yet to see a dying site get reborn.
But the UX and UI teams did an amazing work, that’s for sure.
I deny support requests because I don’t want to look at my coding.
I love the miracle of the scroll wheel. I am with Jami on this, there is no harm in those threads, unless they take half the page. Maybe force them to the off-topic section if they really get out of hand.
To me staff announcements are much more annoying, I say ban them. Ban them all.
That’s a nice way to force a bad customer to pay:
- Could you process the invoice I sent you last week?
- No, fruit you! What you gonna do now?
- Stahp! Have my money, have my house…
There might be an injection (bad, evil script) in some PHP file – usually in a main directory, that is being triggered automatically.
