The donation system could be and idea, but i doubt that a customer that has already paid for my item will pay another time.
I do a donation system and i usually get more than what i get for the item sale haha, i guess i offer good support

Uff, be careful with that, such ‘donations’ often come with strings attached.

aaranmcguire saidInteresting. Do you just include this in your email signature? Sounds like a great way to earn some extra cash.
personal i just say donate if they wish, most people do because they value that developers are often bussy.
I just tell them at the end of the support session that if they wish to they can donate via paypal. I let them know its optional and much appreciated..
@everyone
Oh and im guessing after a user requests customisation it no long counts as a Envato item so the is no support fee, also its optional the user does not have to pay its only if they want the support a bit faster, i dont think it will alter the level of support dtbaker gives so its fine IMO .

Hopefully, the upcoming changes will clarify everything. No one can deny that the terms of each license are very confusing.
ANY update to this would be amazing, i dont see how it can take so long to change some words.

you could use google images search to see if the logo exists, you know where you can put a image in to google and it will find images like that.

I agree with Q&E, Im not sure on how Envato does there tagging but im sure smaller tags would give a better match to your items. It might be me as a web dev but on searched i do tags not 3 words in a row

i think paypal-australia.com is a scam website, not affiliated with paypal.com.au. it’s registered to some guy in alice springs.
smartly done then… and i think you mean, “www.paypal-australia.com.au”... its really strange because im on the ‘bad/hacked’ site and it links to the proper paypal for when logging in very strange!
