Actually, he is not wrong. That specific plugin / item does not offer an extended license.

I have a good relationship with the author of Royal Slider plugin and he allowed me to buy an extended license.

If we do receive multiple complaints that you are using assets that are not properly licensed, or, any other copyright / intellectual property concern, it may result in your account being permanently disabled.

Still don’t understand if he or his lawyer complains/send DMCA to Envato about the photos I used before but removed will my account be banned?

Asked this question again Envato Support. Waiting for the reply.

There is no real answer to your question in that article. It basically says that they decide on a case by case basis if they freeze the money you made with that item and / or disable your account.
