QuanticaLabs saidI agree but is there any other good script?
There should be a licence file in the package with licence terms that apply to your purchase. Unfortunately there is just a link to the webpage.Currenty there is a statement which is applicable on the day of the purchase.
Multi Domain License – Allows fancyBox to be used with an unlimited number on any commercial website you develop in the future, at no further cost.
There is nothing about resale conditions but there is a sentence: “used with an unlimited number on any commercial website you develop in the future” and in my opinion it clearly allows the use of fancybox with unlimited number of commercial themes for multiple clients and I’m pretty sure it is a one time fee.
If the author doesn’t agree to such conditions he should put such information in the licence otherwise he may change his mind next week and inform via e-mail that even a paid licence is only for non-commercial. Nonsense.
Even better http://dimsemenov.com/plugins/magnific-popup/
Moderator if it’s possible please close this thread.

Did you even bother to read the licenses? You seem to live in your own shiny world where you can take and use everything without anyone bothering you with anything..Copyright? Who needs that?
Yes I did.
Why are you interesting [edited]

Pixelous saidActually, he is not wrong. That specific plugin / item does not offer an extended license.
VF saidYou are wrong.
I don’t think Royal Slider had enabled Extended license anytime in the past and present. Sounds too many things are not matching.
I have a good relationship with the author of Royal Slider plugin and he allowed me to buy an extended license.
He is still not wrong?
My suggestion would be to offer a quarter of your profits during the period which were done when you were infringing.
I am afraid a quarter of my profits during the period which were done when I was infringing is larger than he wants to receive from me.
Did you post any backlinks in demo live preview and item page to that photos author?
Hi!
No I didn’t but I have included XML file so buyers could upload these images via XML file.

Anyway, in spite of the fact that it is your mistake and fault, you should not and must not pay him anything (even 1 euro) prior the official legal decision of the court. Such things should be and are solved legally (by court) solely.I am not sure the person (the one who demands money) will first go to a lawyer, then appeal to the court and so on, it costs money, it takes time and not everyone has money and patience to initiate the case, especially when the resaults are obscure. There are many chances all the matter will end with nothing.
Moral side of this matter is another question, I do not justify but… we are humans and make mistakes.
As for the blocking account I do not think it will happen since you already removed the images but of course only Envato decides, you will know their decision soon.
Anyway, try not to be very nervous about this matter, even if the court will take place and you will be “condemned”, the penalty cannot be so huge, it sounds unreal.
Hi virtuti and other folks!
Thank you for your answers!
Currently I replace the photos.
I have received an answer from Envato Support (excerpt):
If we do receive multiple complaints that you are using assets that are not properly licensed, or, any other copyright / intellectual property concern, it may result in your account being permanently disabled.
Still don’t understand if he or his lawyer complains/send DMCA to Envato about the photos I used before but removed will my account be banned?
Asked this question again Envato Support. Waiting for the reply.

There is no real answer to your question in that article. It basically says that they decide on a case by case basis if they freeze the money you made with that item and / or disable your account.
Thanks for your answer!
Have already contacted Envato Support. Waiting for their reply. ‘ll let you know.
Jaynesh, your answers are much appreciated!
I do remember first time when I receive a message from this guy the message was in junk.
I did a quick google search as you said and seems yes the images are him.
The main question will Envato block my account even I have deleted these images already?
I am trying to read this A DMCA Takedown Notice Has Been Issued Against My Item http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/115 and this How Do I Claim Infringement of My Copyright? (Lodging a DMCA Notice) http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/114 but my English is so bad, I can’t understand.
Jaynesh can you quickly walk through and say something about my situation? Please note I have deleted these photos already!
