Using javascript to achieve that effect is pretty pointless when it can be achieved with just CSS . In fact that site is just using CSS and switching the elements background image on hover.

It looks like joomla will suit this kind of website.

Will Joomla have the same effect as these sites, coz i dont want Joomla on the bottom like some CMS do.
