Here’s the thing: Your template looks simplistic and needs more attention to the details, spacing issues all over the place and typography could use some some refinements.

We’d love to help you out, but we can only provide specific feedback after it has crossed a certain threshold, quality wise. Your admin template has a nice start and I encourage you to keep working on it.

There is enough authors here who produce items with enough quality in all terms. ThemeForest don’t look for new authors today.

We love to have new authors, no one has a special treatment here, just because an author has an Elite Author badge and a Plutonium Paw it doesn’t mean we will approve their files without an strict item review.

Less bloated themes (10000+ options, 800MM shortcodes), less metro-based designs, less portfolio/corporate/minimalistic themes with the same header – slider – teasers – footer layout, more niche themes (theMolitor is a good example here), unique designs (DanyDuchaine), typographic designs, etc.

a) I wish I had time to create themes. I was an author before I became a reviewer in 2010, since then I stopped creating themes ‘cause I don’t have time to design-code-support.

I wasn’t your reviewer but your template needs improvements in typography, visual hierarchy, and aesthetics. This file requires major improvements before we can consider it acceptable for ThemeForest.
