Hello. I recently contacted support but I know they are very busy and we didn’t found any solution yet. Problem is:

I downloaded every of my bought files with Internet Download manager and now I can not download the updated files because on the downloads page it says:

This item has been flagged for being downloaded too many times. Contact support for more details.

I would like to have my updated files, so, please, we must have some solution for this problem. And, yes, tell the people to not download the files with download managers.

Hi, Paypal blocked my account because they need to verify my personal data (due to crossing the monthly money limit), so they wanted me to send them my ID or driving license so I send them the scan of my ID two days ago and also emailed them 2 times, but still no response :/ Did you guys had this situation ?

Hey, MPC . I had this situation few days ago and I sent them my ID and my picture with ID and my pic with ID and CREDIT CARD together holding in my hand, but after that I also called them and asking to solve my case and it was all done in about few hours. Must be active on this. Don’t give up, call them often if there will be no result imediatelly. I always am. Cheers.
