If you get the Invalid Department ID try emptying your browser cache and restarting the browser. I’ve been hearing that has worked for some. Thanks!

Sorry but it doesn’t work.

Hello Everyone, I was trying to open a support ticket and wasn’t able to do so because there is a problem of the ticket’s page:

Maybe some of you have the same problem. Can anybody help? Staff?

Hello guys, I wish to report a file and once I try to open a support ticket I can’t, all the type on the ticket’s page is sort of gibberish. Do you experience the same? Have any idea how I can contact them?

Thanks, Daniel.

I agree that there should be adjustments to the prices, I’m here in VH for almost 3 years now and now changes have been made in this time, when I joined logo reveals used to be anywhere from 8$ to 12$ and it is still like this now, if there was a pack of logo reveals it could get to 15$, still like this today. Same with other types of projects like presentations of any kind, anywhere from 15$ to 25$... Envato has to take care of it, we just talk about it and don’t hear anything from those who make decisions, what is there point of view? Will we keep selling projects that took 50 hours of work for 20$ ?! Hope to see some comment from someone who knows what is going on with it.

It has been 6 month since my previous upload to VH, back then I had to wait over a week sometimes to get my project reviewed! I just uploaded a new one, it has been less than 24 hours, less than 15 actually, and the project was already reviewed! Just wanted to say that this is pretty awesome! You did really great work in improving the queue after a lot of waiting authors had to go through. So again, thanks a lot for such a great service, keep bringing in such changes :)

Regards, Daniel.

Hey guys, thanks for replaying :)

@Smudgethis Then how do you rate bigger project? How will you value a project you have to work on 5 hours? Will you just multiply the rate by 5? It means that you get for a project of 5 hours a payment of 2.5 small projects… I hope I made myself clear on that… If this is the case it is much better doing those small projects no? Just customizing intros all day getting for each 100-150$ and working like 30 minutes (adding e-mailing and everything else) on each…?

Hello everyone, It has been really long time since I opened a thread here. I was wondering for quite a while about this question and decided to ask you guys and girls! :)

Hourly rate, well sounds professional but how does it even work? For e.x my hourly rate is 35/per hour (just an e.x). Lets say someone is asking me for a simple logo replacing?! It will take like 10 minutes working on colors, placing and then rendering… I won’t ask for payment for my 10 minutes right?! So should I ask for a full hour payment? Asking for 35$ for any kind of work sounds very low. Therefore I’m usually asking around 100-150$ for such work… which doesn’t have any relation to the hourly rate. Well lets say you have a work which will take you 5 hours to make. Will you ask for 175$ for such a work when you just asked for 100$ for a 10 minutes work? Doesn’t even sound logical…

So how do you set up a price for projects?! Is there any straight forward technique that helps you calculate it? The examples I gave you above really confuse me and I would like to know how you deal with those things!

Cheers everyone! :)
